My passion for real estate goes beyond just buying and selling homes and land.  A recent Gallup poll found that 77% of Americans said they were concerned or very concerned about the environment.  Green resources, sustainability, environmental awareness--are making headlines virtually every day.  I have a life-long commitment to living green.  From designing an earth-sheltered home in the 70's, to living in a solar log cabin for 10 years after I moved to Truckee, to green remodels and most recently, a green ICF home.  I have volunteered as the membership chairperson for the Sierra Green Building Association to help increase local awareness.   Click the Green Resources button--where you'll find a link to SiGBA's website.  You'll be amazed at how much information is available at your fingertips!  Call me if you want more details on green building, remodeling or if you'd like to join SiGBA.  In addition, I am the first certified Eco Broker in the Truckee/North Tahoe Area.
